What to Expect

Experience Spanish culture and emotion and dive into the drama of an authentic Flamenco performance at Palau Dalmases. Situated in the heart of Barcelona, the city palace awakes every night with an exciting dance show and welcomes its guests to its historic courtyard ‘Espai Barroc’.

Built in the 17th century, Palau Dalmases is located in Barcelona’s historic Ribera neighbourhood, close to the Picasso Museum and the church Santa Maria del Mar. The gothic-style city palace is richly decorated and its interior reminds the visitor of the decadent Baroque period. Commissioned by Pau Ignasi de Dalmases i Ros, a wealthy Catalan gentleman, the palace was built with the idea to create a residence whose artistic interior would appeal to all senses.

Today, the splendid decoration of the house with its adorned columns and arches provides the perfect background for an electrifying performance of Flamenco dance and music whose memory you’ll take home with you.
