Discover the rough beauty of this coastal region on a day trip, which gives you plenty of flexibility and free time to enjoy the Mediterranean scenery. Go on a pleasant walk along the Camino de Ronda, an easy footpath that follows the shoreline from Calella de Palafrugell to Llafranc, discover on a guided tour around the town of Empuries the remains of Greek and Roman ruins and learn more about the region’s history.

One of the day’s highlights is our 90-minute cruise to the marine reserve ‘Medes Islands’, famous among divers for its unique underwater world. Come onboard the ‘Nautilus’ and enjoy a close look at the diverse submarine flora and fauna through the glass bottom of the boat. After this sensational day the bus brings you back to Barcelona, where you’ll arrive at Plaça Catalunya in the evening, just in time for dinner.
